Welcome to Valarmathi Taxi. By booking our taxi services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Booking

• All bookings can be made through phone, WhatsApp, or our online booking system.
• Advance confirmation may be required during peak seasons or long-distance trips.
• Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details.

2. Tariff & Charges

• Fares are charged on a per kilometer basis as per the selected vehicle category.
• Driver bata, toll, and parking charges are additional unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum kilometers per day will be applicable for outstation trips.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be informed at least 12 hours before the scheduled trip.
• Last-minute cancellations may attract a cancellation fee.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.

4. Responsibilities

• Valarmathi Taxi is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Passengers are responsible for their belongings during the journey.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be chargeable.

5. Safety

• All our drivers are licensed and follow traffic rules strictly.
• Seat belts must be worn where applicable.
• Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Palladam, Tamil Nadu.
